fortunate to work in an industry that I really enjoy. My commitment to
being one of the most successful real estate brokers in our community requires
that I have the highest level of professionalism, dedication, and service.
My full time efforts are devoted to selling and marketing homes. I accomplish
this by employing a full time assistant who performs tasks related to office
administration and escrow management. By applying this state-of-the-art
approach to my real estate practice I can provide clients the best service
available in the industry. My
sales approach is enthusiastic, but low pressure. I prefer to educate
clients about real estate so that they can make informed decisions rather than
pressure them into making a decision. Clients can also draw valuable
information from my vast knowledge of home remodeling and repair. This
knowledge also enables me to better evaluate home inspection reports and sellers
disclosure statements, both are critical aspects of a home sale. Clients
can also derive a direct monetary benefit by relying on my proven negotiating
skills. Proper negotiation of a home sale can translate into thousands of
additional dollars to a Buyer or Seller. My
background in Corporate Administration, Human Resource Management, and Finance/
Accounting gives me the ability to provide a far superior service. I work
with clients in all price ranges, and tailor my sales and marketing approach to
a client’s specific needs. I’m
an Orange County native who grew up in Tustin and currently resides in the City

CORPORATION, IRVINE, CA. FINANCE/ACCOUNTING
- Responsible for sub-tenant billing and collection of monthly rent.
Designed and developed a computer billing system to track labor, burdens, and
material expense for subtenant billing. Monthly account reconciliation and
quarterly account closes for financial audits. ADMINISTRATION/HUMAN
RESOURCES - Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and referring
all exempt and non-exempt employees for a 400 person division. Developed
and implemented a recruiting advertising campaign on both a local and national
level. Developed a computer aided applicant tracking system. As
equal employment opportunity coordinator, developed an affirmative action plan,
assisted with the college career program, and acted as steering committee member
and company coordinator for the Orange County Youth Motivation Task Force
Volunteer organization. PLANNING
AND COORDINATION - Responsible for facility space coordination in support of
5,500 employees in the over 2 million square foot Irvine complex.
Negotiated facility space utilization for corporate management. Responsibilities
included: central contact for service group, short and long term planning,
scheduling, and coordination of facility space modifications and support
